passionate and customer driven. We value hard work and
having fun! We’re now looking for a motivated, passionate
Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team and help fuel
our growth.
The specific duties as a Restaurant Assistant Manager will
include:
• Supervise team members and ensure standards in food
quality and customer service
• Ensure health and safety protocols in store following the
local health authorities
• Enforce the sanitary practices for food handling, general
cleanliness, and maintenance of kitchen equipment and dining
area following Domino requirements
• Supervise the food inventory, report and suggest the
ordering of ingredients and supplies;
• Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, ensuring the quality
of supplies & reasonable prices;
• Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance
• Select and interview staff, train new staff with work
safety and hazardous materials handling procedures
• Address customer complains or concerns, ensuring positive
guest experiences
• Build and keep relationships with guests
Requirements:
• Secondary school graduation certificate
• At least 1-year restaurant supervisory or management
experience is needed
• Well-developed interpersonal skills and knowledge of
customer service techniques
• Conflict management ability and problem-solving skills
